Terms of Service

Last updated: 2025-12-17

By using FileFig, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

1) What FileFig provides

FileFig is a structure-first code comprehension tool. With our Free mode, you can upload a single JS/TS/Python file and receive a deterministic ProjectMap (blocks + edges). Rendering and export features may be offered in paid plans.

2) Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you’re using FileFig for a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.

3) Your content

4) Prohibited uses

Don’t abuse the service, break the law, or attempt to bypass limits. See the Acceptable Use Policy for specifics.

5) Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans (Plus/Pro/Enterprise) may be offered in the future. Pricing, billing terms, and refund rules will be shown at checkout and will become part of these Terms when enabled.

6) Intellectual property

FileFig (the website, engine, branding, and related software) is owned by FileFig and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law.

7) Disclaimers

FileFig is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the output is complete, correct, or suitable for any particular purpose. Best-effort call edges are not a full semantic resolver.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileFig will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if needed to protect the service.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and post the new version here.
